Ted Howard Ted Howard, Director of Programs, co-founded and developed the Jacksonville Area Sexual Minority Youth Network (JASMYN), Inc. from 1992 to 1998. From 1997 to 2004, Ted founded and directed the Unity Leadership Conferences and implemented these successful local LGBT and supportive community leadership conferences in Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Tampa Bay and Sarasota . Ted was also Director of Operations and Leadership at Equality Florida from 1999 through 2004, which included coordinating the annual statewide leadership roundtable. In 2002 Ted was selected as the first ever LGBT Outreach Director for a Florida Gubernatorial nominee and worked with the Florida Democratic Party and the Bill McBride for Governor Campaign. From 2002 to present Ted has been very involved in local and national issue campaigns and elections as an organizer and a fundraiser.
BOARD:
  Brock Fazzini became the Chief Executive Officer of Fazzini’s Coffee and Tea in 2007. He has been the pivotal force in Fazzini’s Coffee and Teas dramatic transformation into a full service coffee and tea company while taking the companies geographic coverage global and annual sales to exponential growth. Brock is Chairman of the Board of Oasis, The GLBT Center of Northeast Florida. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach, The American Red Cross, and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society which chose Brock to Chair the National Young Leadership Council.
  Diana Iwanski, Board Secretary, has lived in Clermont Florida since 2003. Diana's professional background includes 28 years in technical and customer support services, involving internal IT help desks, outsourcing and software companies. Diana's volunteer and advocacy background includes being a board member of American Society run by US consulate while living in South Africa in 1998, volunteer for South Lake Animal League, and volunteer with Angel Flight Southeast since 2003. Diana is a founding and current member of the Central Florida Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Steering Committee, and is married to Stephanie Jones.
Georg Ketelhohn Georg Ketelhohn, Board Chair, is a construction litigator with the firm of Siegfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre & Sobel, P.A. He serves on the board of SAVE Foundation. He served as Co-Chair and Campaign Manager of SAVE Dade’s successful No To Discrimination campaign (2002) which defeated an attempt to repeal Miami-Dade’s Human Rights Ordinance. Georg has been a long time board member of SAVE Dade (1998-2003; 2006-2009). He served on the board of Dade Action PAC (1996-97). In Gainesville, Georg served as the spokesperson for the No on One campaign, defending Alachua’s Human Rights Ordinance (1993-94) and as president of the Human Rights Council of North Central Florida (1994-95). At the University of Florida he was a founder and first president of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Student Union (1990-91) and was a founder of Outlaw at the UF College of Law (1993-95).
John Ruffier John Ruffier, Board Vice Chair, is a partner in the Orlando law firm of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. Specializing in commercial real estate acquisition and finance. He is a founder and the past co-chair of the Human Rights Campaign's Central Florida Steering Committee and a current member of HRC's national board of governors. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Central Florida Coalition and was appointed in 2007 to the Florida Real Estate Commission by Governor Crist.
  Todd Ruopp is president and cofounder of Unleashing Performance, Inc. whose work in Central Florida focuses on helping nonprofits and businesses identify their top opportunities and inspiring teams to accomplish them. The firm works closely with nonprofit agencies in the arts & cultural, human services, education and healthcare segments and private firms engaged in professional services, financial services, technology and federal contracting. Before cofounding Unleashing Performance, Todd built successful client relationships with Fortune 500 corporations as the vice president for development at the nation’s largest legal expense insurance company for 15-years. Todd is a member of the board of directors of the League of Women Voters of Orange County, the Association for Fundraising Professionals, Central Florida chapter, The Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Garden and the Rotary Club of Winter Park
