Camp Equality

OUT University
Also, watch for an announcement at the July 25th OUT Summer Conference about OUT University, a new program of Florida Together Federation which will include series of training opportunities (in-person and via webinars) and resources that OUT will offer to support local organizations on subject matters requested by OUT's member organizations.  For more information, email OUTUniversity@outfl.org.

OUT is conducting a search for an Executive Director. The successful candidate should be an effective, visionary, committed, hard-working, collaborative and experienced leader. The Executive Director will work to implement programs while developing internal structures, managing day-to-day operations, human resources, community outreach, member relations, fiscal management, donor relations and fundraising.  Salary is commensurate with experience. 
 
The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the board of directors.  OUT is Florida's statewide federation of local LGBT and allied organizations and its mission is to connect and empower local organizations in order to achieve equality and justice for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Floridians.  Qualified applicants may email a cover letter, current resume/C.V. and contact information for three (3) references to the Executive Director Search Committee at info@OUTFL.org with "Executive Director Position" in the subject line.
